We are delighted that the Government have announced that holidaymakers can stay in self-catering holiday properties again from 4th July in England.

 

We have put measures in place to ensure you can have a safe and enjoyable holiday:

​

• Allowing additional time for the cleaning to take place. This does mean that we will not be able to allow early arrivals or late departures, but we hope you understand that it is for the safety of you, and our housekeepers. 

• Removing high-risk/high-touch items, this includes items such as board games and DVDs.

• Deploying extra hygiene measures, such as cleaning and disinfecting high contact areas of a property, such a door handles, lightswitches and door keys and keybox.

 

Even with all the measures that are being taken, we obviously cannot 100% guarantee that the property will be Covid-free.  However, we can assure you that the risk of contagion is much lower, for example, than visiting a shop or supermarket.

Should a further lockdown occur either prohibiting guests from travelling or closing Streanaeshalch meaning you are unable to take your holiday, you will have the option to either:

• Transfer your holiday to new dates in 2021 or 2022, free of charge. Furthermore, if you choose the equivalent dates in 2022, we will freeze the price, or

• Cancel your booking and receive a refund of the amount already paid for the holiday

  ​
