Frequently Asked Questions:

Are there any extra charges?  No - everything is included in the price (heating, cleaning etc).

Do we need to bring our own towels?  All bedding (other than for the cot), hand towels, bath sheets and tea towels are provided for guests' use.  However we ask you not to remove them from the house, so you might want to bring beach towels if you'll need them.

What time can we arrive and leave?  We ask guests not to arrive before 4pm, particularly at the moment to allow thorough cleaning, and depart by 10am.

Do we need to bring washing-up liquid?  There is a plentiful supply of cleaning products in the house including washing-up liquid, antibacterial spray and antibacterial handwash.  We also provide toilet rolls, kitchen towel and a few dishwasher tablets but you may want to bring more supplies of these if you are staying for more than a couple of days.

Do you have a high chair?  Yes we have a high chair, travel cot and a couple of stairgates.

Can we book online?  Yes we can take secure online bookings via the button below.

What if I need to cancel my holiday?  Our usual Terms & Conditions are: If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 28 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 10% of the stay will be made.  in the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
